• Users receive commissions from Circular.Markets for every qualifying purchase made through their bundles on participating merchant sites.
• Users have the option to share part of their commission with their followers in the form of cashback or bundle bonuses, or both.

3. Influencer Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the bundles and offers they create.
• Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.
• Circular.Markets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

4. Commission and Payments

• Commissions will be earned on qualifying purchases made through your bundle links.
• Commissions may vary by merchant, product, or offer, and Circular.Markets reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.
• Users may allocate part of their commission as cashback or bonuses to followers. This allocation will be deducted from the total commission paid to the User.

5. Content

• By creating a bundle or special offer, you grant Circular.Markets the right to promote your content on our platform and other channels.
• You agree that your content will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• You agree not to use BundleWall to distribute harmful or illegal content.
• Circular.Markets reserves the right to monitor, review, or remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Liability

Circular.Markets is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of BundleWall, including but not limited to loss of revenue or reputation.
